1. Booting Process
That is the process that occurred since the CPU power of keystrokes, execute arrangements set out in the BIOS (Basic Input Output System), to detect normal / not normal computer devices such as Processor, Memory, VGA, HDD, Sound, Network Card, etc..
2. Startup Process
That is the process for
running a number of File System, System Services and the specific
application is set to autoplay each time the computer starts up. (These
applications can you see on the system tray / bottom right of computer)
To speed up the startup
process, we can define their own services-services and automatic
programs that run at startup. Too many programs and services that do not
need to run at startup are things that can burden the computer's
performance, and this is what we try to fix it.
First Steps (Set via the System Configuration Utility):
Arrange programs that do not need to run at startup through the System Configuration Utility, and how:
1. Choose Start> Run, then type msconfig, and press the Enter key
2. In the System Configuration Utility window, the default option is Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services, change into Selective Startup
3. Entry on the Startup tab, then uncheck / options for programs that want to be disabled at startup. Finish by clicking the OK button.
4. Dialog box will appear asking if you want to do a restart for the changes, or Exit without Restart. Select Exit without restart it first to make other settings required.
Step Two (Set via the Registry Editor)
1. Choose Start> Run, then type Regedit, and press the Enter key
2. Log in parts:

Step Two (Set via the Registry Editor)
1. Choose Start> Run, then type Regedit, and press the Enter key
2. Log in parts:
